These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and the LZLO agency (“we,” “our,” or “us”), a digital design and marketing agency that specializes in brand design, web design, app design, UI/UX design, content creation & marketing, illustration, animation, social media management, AI implementation, and web3 implementation. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

By accessing our website, using our services, or entering into any business relationship with us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
LZLO provides digital design and marketing services, including but not limited to brand design, web design, app design, UI/UX design, content creation & marketing, illustration, animation, social media management, AI implementation, and web3 implementation. Our services are provided as described on our website or in a separate written agreement.
3. Payment
Payment terms for our services will be outlined in a separate agreement or invoice. We may require a deposit or full payment before commencing work, and failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, related to our services, designs, and content created for you, remain the property of LZLO unless fully paid off as agreed upon in writing.
5. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information shared during our business relationship. We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
6. Liability
LZLO shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, arising out of or in connection with our services.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate our services at our discretion or if you violate the Terms stipulated in your agreed-upon proposal. You may terminate our services at any time by providing written notice and settling any outstanding fees.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any legal action related to these Terms will be brought in the courts of South Africa.
9. Changes to Terms
LZLO may update these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and your continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
